Latitude 35 is the only downtown venue that offers 20 HDTV's for sports and live entertainment enjoyment upstairs and in the Lower 35 spaces, where gathering with friends, for special events, and for parties of up for 250 people happen daily! Unlike other venues, Latitude 35's "zoned" dining and entertainment concept offers 3 distinct Lower 35 private banquet and party spaces....pull-down and click "Virtual Tour" above to watch a 2-minute video about the various spaces, upstairs and downstairs, for food and fun. The Lower 35 is the gathering venue of choice for local non-profits, various organizations, and groups of any size. We are proud to host frequent gatherings and events for various private schools, Leadership Knoxville alumni, the Dogwood Arts Festival Board and events (Dogwood After Dark and Rhythm 'n Blooms events), the MetroPulse's annual "Best of Knoxville" party (May 11th), and many more gatherings of friends who enjoy Downtown Knoxville.
